About Me
I’m Isabella Estrella, Entrepreneur, visibility coach, podcast host, realtor, wife, mother, and lifelong believer in the power of women bringing their full selves into the world.
Before stepping into entrepreneurship, I built a successful career in corporate America as a project manager while simultaneously freelancing as a production manager for music festivals in the US and Latin America. I learned how to lead, organize, execute, communicate, solve problems, and hold big visions while managing all the moving pieces required to bring them to life.
But somewhere along the way, I realized I wasn’t here to simply manage other people’s visions.
I was here to build my own.
That realization led me into the world of entrepreneurship, where I’ve since created multiple businesses, walked through the many initiations of self-leadership, and learned firsthand that building a business is never just about strategy. It is also about identity. Nervous system capacity. Self-trust. Visibility. Courage. And your willingness to be seen before everything feels perfect.
Today, I run three successful businesses and support other soul-led women as they move through the internal blocks that keep them hidden.
My work is rooted in visibility and not as performance or perfection. Visibility, to me, is the practice of allowing the truth of who you are to take up more space. It is how your people find you. It is how your message moves through the world. It is how your work becomes medicine for the collective.
I help women who know they are here for something bigger move through the fear of being seen, the old stories that keep them small, and the subconscious patterns that tell them it is safer to hide.
